Thank you for your interest in owning a Transition® Street Legal Airplane. There are currently three options for reserving a place in production:
A $10,000 Refundable Deposit reserves the next available place in production
A $2,500 Non-Refundable Deposit offers a lower upfront cost way of securing a later airframe position
A limited number of Premier Edition aircraft are available. Please email sales@terrafugia.com or request more information on the Premier Edition below.
Each $10,000 deposit is kept separately from Terrafugia's operating funds. Until such time as we can arrange for a purchase agreement, the original deposit, less a modest processing fee, remains fully refundable. Each $2,500 deposit may be used at Terrafugia's discretion and is not refundable but offers a lower threshold to get your name on the growing list of future Transition® owners.
