Why reserve your Transition® now?
To reserve your Transition® airframe number, download and print 2 copies of the deposit agreement. The last page of the document is the establishment of your individual escrow account; please fill out the left-hand column. (Please contact us if you have any questions about the agreement or the escrow arrangement.) Fill out the information, sign, and return both copies to the address on the bottom of the form with your check for $7,400.00 made out to Terrafugia, Inc. (That's 5% of our anticipated price of $148,000.00.) We'll sign and send you back your copy along with your airframe deposit certificate showing your airframe number. Our target for delivery of the first production Transition is late 2009.
Your deposit goes in an individual interest-bearing account at Cambridge Trust Company. Until such time as we can arrange for an actual purchase agreement, the original deposit and any accrued interest remains the property of the customer and is fully refundable.
